donations

please note, we are currently not accepting donations until january 2026. thank you for understanding!

donations are always greatly appreciated! please give us a call or contact us by email before dropping off any donations. please include photos of your offerings with your email. donation drop-offs can be arranged during store hours; sunday through wednesday work best for us as we get busy towards the end of the week.

please do not leave donations after hours. by the time we are back at the store, they will have either been stolen or damaged, and therefore unusable.

art supplies:

  • paper – sketch books (gently used), cardstock, graph paper, tracing paper, origami paper
  • canvas – canvas cloth, stretched canvas, canvas board
  • unwanted paintings on stretched canvas, wood panel or cradle board
  • paint – acrylic & oil (gently used), watercolour, gouache, fabric dyes

craft supplies:

  • beads and beading tools
  • scrapbooking supplies

  • cork (sheet and wine corks)

  • postcards (we love vintage)

  • fabric (interesting patterns & colours, textures preferred, clean and larger than 8″x8” )

  • knitting needles & crochet hooks
  • yarn & wool roving

things we don’t take in:

  • household textiles (clothing, towels, bed sheets, pillow cases)
  • household recyclables (hard and soft plastics, glass jars, cans)
  • office supplies (binders, sheet protectors, paper clips)
  • large rolls (white paper, cellophane, wallpaper)
  • photo albums, encyclopedias
  • completed projects that require disassembly
  • things with odour, mildew & stains
  • grandpa’s dentures (yes… we were asked about this!)
